Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and implementation of training programs and workshops
• Help coordinate and organize employee development activities and events
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources
• Assist in tracking and reporting on various talent development metrics and KPIs
Job Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent development and employee learning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
