The intern will provide administrative support to the HR Operations team, assist with data management, and help with onboarding tasks and projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong administrative support to the HR Operations team
- Perform various operational tasks as guided such as e-filing, maintaining and clean-up of data and employee p-files.
- Validate and verify employee certification data according to vendor websites and current guidelines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of onboarding tasks
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma, preferably with an interest in HR
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
- Prior exposure or experience in HR is a plus.
- Availability for a 6-month internship is preferred.
