Job Description

You will be working with the Group Safety team to support their day-to-day operations. You will also be involved in developing programs, and frameworks, and coordinating digital solutions as part of the group’s Safety 2.0 strategy roll-out. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop, organise and manage safety engagement initiatives 

  • Monitor, measure and review effectiveness and impact of engagement initiatives 

  • Drive safety engagement and awareness through the Safety “One-Stop-Shop" SharePoint platform 

  • Design and develop digital marketing banners, newsletters etc. 

  • Perform any other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related disciplines 

  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately 

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous 

  • Strong organizational and planning skills 

  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous 

  • Digital competence in Canva and SharePoint
