Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors to invite for tender and onboarding, including updating existing vendor information in the Ariba System where required

  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents to be awarded to vendor

  • Liaise with the Operations department on variation requirements, raise variation orders for approval, and send variation letters to vendors

  • Creation of Purchase Orders and Change Orders in the SAP System

  • Assist in tender / quotation calling for both Opex and Capex term contracts

  • Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Quantity Surveying, or any other related disciplines

  • Possess analytical skills

  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
