Job Description

You play a key role in supporting a data-intensive system alongside Group IT to ensure accurate insights for budgeting, forecasting, and cost recovery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies within current systems to ensure accuracy and integrity

  • Coordinate with external vendors to review reported issues and implement appropriate system fixes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data sources and ensure alignment with business requirements

  • Analyse existing processes and contribute to automation initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and reducing manual effort

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or any other related disciplines

  • Strong technical proficiency with prior experience working with IT systems and tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic use of formulas and pivot table

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
