Responsibilities

Create visualization reports and databases across multiple platforms with PowerBI and Qliksense.

Assist in the shared service migration - specifically on Accounts Payable Projects/Processes
-
Reconciliation processes every month-end.
-
Assist in the preparation of internal audit.
-
Support in financial transformation and automation of manual processes:
-
Automate the pulling of historical data for margin analysis.
-
Automate the monthly recharging of costs between the different entities.
-
Automate the preparation of cost price data base.
-
Projects to automate manual processes.
Requirements
-
Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, or relevant discipline.
-
Great understanding or passion on the usage of data analytics tool.
-
A curious and learning mindset – we provide on-the-job training.

Self-drive and problem-solving attitude.
-
Proficient in MS Office applications.
-
Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
-
Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).

Learning in Finance function, exposure to the budgeting & accounting and controls in MNC.
