Job Description
Responsibilities
Review and implement hardening policies for operating systems using Group Policy and registry configurations
Evaluate and enhance security policies for Microsoft O365
Develop dashboards to monitor endpoint devices and O365 license utilization
Automate repetitive workflows using scripting tools and automation platforms
Assist project teams with application testing (UAT) and deployment activities
Design user engagement forms and surveys to collect feedback on device support services and leverage insights to improve user experience
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Foundational understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts
Basic proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript and PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with operating systems and devices including Windows, Android, and iOS
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to device connectivity, compatibility, and performance
Exposure to Microsoft tools such as Forms, SharePoint, and Power BI
Basic knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms
