Hiring Manager: Area Expert Marketing Director, Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT) & Area Digital & Digital Commerce Lead Southeast Asia & Taiwan (SEAT)

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business
Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing field under the guidance of the Digital and Expert Marketing teams to drive digital acceleration and the development of transformational marketing programs across all categories in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets for both Consumer and Expert (such as healthcare professional etc.) audiences.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to support in the following Digital Acceleration Programs:
Co-design the Influencer Marketing Strategy for SEAT:
- Support the development of the Influencer Marketing Framework in SEAT (Expert & Consumer Marketing)
- Support in the expansion of the KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and KEE (Key External Expert) reach that aligns with the brand values and consumer needs
Develop Content Strategy:
- Develop Expert and Social Commerce Digital Content Strategy for key brands across categories
- Work in close collaboration with other functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Local Expert teams and Medical Affairs to generate streamlined content
Support in the roll out of Digital/AI empowered Marketing Tools:
- Plan and Execute digital consultations with Experts on relevant digital platforms
- Plan and Execute Shopper Engagement activities on Ecommerce platforms
- Support and guide the use of AI empowered Expert and Consumer Marketing Tools within teams
Digital Marketing Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Generate Monthly Digital Marketing (CreativeX, Digital Governance) and Ecommerce Performance Reports
- Monitor and report on market adherence to Digital Marketing Governance guidelines and standards across all digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Support in any ad-hoc digital marketing/data analytics support
- Support in the roll-out of Global Digital Marketing Projects (e.g. Website Migration)
- Perform Competitive benchmarking and generate insights to identify opportunities across brands to solidify regional eCommerce strategy
- Analyse creative and media performance data and deliver insights to enhance overall campaign effectiveness across markets.

- Analytical Skills – Understand Media KPIs, analyse and interpret relevant datasets related to digital marketing campaigns.

- Project Management Skills – Coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a marketing plan execution with various stakeholders across local, area and global teams.
