Document existing Excel reports and workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support solutions using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, and APIs. Analyze data for trends and anomalies, ensure accuracy, maintain process documentation, and create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Document and map existing Excel files, reports, and manual workflows across various systems.
- Identify repetitive or manual steps that can be automated, and propose innovative solutions to consolidate data dispersed across multiple platforms, reducing manual effort and operational resistance.
- Support the development of automations using Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, basic VBA), Power BI, and Power Automate to streamline data extraction, presentation, and analysis.
- Leverage APIs from systems such as JIRA to integrate and connect automation processes across platforms.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights, and translate these into clear outcomes aligned with senior management's objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries (including presentation decks for senior management) that communicate findings in a clear and impactful manner.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, data flows, and improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sources and outputs.
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline)
- Strong skills in Excel formulas required; experience with VBA scripts is an advantage
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Power Automate is preferred
- Exposure to API integrations (e.g. JIRA, REST APIs) is a plus
- Ability to conduct data analysis and present insights clearly to stakeholders
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when tasked with the outcome required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
