Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer feedback analytics and reporting.
- Assist in administering global staff recognition awards, working with cluster HR partners.
- Assist in planning, developing and executing relevant campaigns/initiatives (e.g. Ascott Moments Week) to drive and build branded service culture.
- Review and update standards and guidelines.
- Manage customer feedback via CR mailbox and ECMS.
- Provide administrative support for POP properties (ECMS/GSS and Shiji ReviewPro ORM)
- Assist team in adhoc projects or tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing Communications or Social Science or Hospitality Management (with a module in data analytics).
- Comfortable working with numbers/data.
- A passion/heart for service and enjoys working with people.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint), and experience in creative work (e.g. poster design, video) would be helpful.
