What does the Compliance Team do in ING?

Compliance professionals based in Singapore covering Asia as well as Singapore on various Compliance risk topics such as Market Conduct, Financial Economic Crime, Conflicts of Interest, Tax Transparency as well as Behavior, Ethics and Culture. Additionally, the Compliance Quality Assurance team based in Singapore performs second line monitoring and quality assurance activities across all ING Asia entities, to assess compliance with banking regulations and the bank’s internal policies.

What would you be doing?

Job scope include but not limited to:

  • Assist in second line monitoring and quality assurance (QA) testing of Compliance risk topics

  • Assist in the delivery of data analytics solutions to test exceptions instead of sampling, automate all or part of sample testing

  • Assist in the preparation of Compliance QA updates to the bank’s management team

  • Assist in Compliance QA admin matters
