Job Description
Catapult is a new Shared Executive Learning Centre in the Rochester Park area in Singapore. It is a purpose-built state-of-the-art learning centre that aims to groom the next generation of business leaders by creating the ideal learning environment and facilitating an ecosystem of learning, collaboration, and connection, all delivered through experiential and immersive experiences.
About the internship
As a Community Experience & Client Success Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the dynamic environment of a co-working space. You will play a key role in enhancing member satisfaction, supporting daily operations, and contributing to community-building initiatives.
You will be actively involved in client onboarding, managing inquiries, and implementing strategies to improve the overall client experience. Operationally, you will assist with facility management, event logistics, and process improvements. You will also work with data to maintain accurate client records and identify trends for service enhancement.
This internship will help you develop strong communication and networking skills, build an entrepreneurial mindset, and gain practical experience in client relations and operational excellence within a collaborative workspace setting.
What You Will Get to Do
Client Experience:
Actively participate in client onboarding and relationship building
Assist in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive member experience
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client satisfaction
Operations Excellence:
Support day-to-day operations of the co-working space, including facility management, event logistics, and member services
Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and community-building activities
Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and workflows
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client experience
What We Are Looking For
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
Curious, open to new ideas, and resourceful in conducting research
Strong communication skills with the confidence to network with internal and external parties
Entrepreneurial, independent and proactive
