JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in internal and external communications, event coordination, and content creation.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external communication initiatives.

  • Support the development of Chinese communication strategies and related activities to support the organisation's vision and values.

  • Assist in planning media events such as press conferences to drive media engagement.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth execution of communication plans.

What You'll Learn:

  • Gain practical experience in managing internal and external communications.

  • Learn to plan and implement communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.

  • Develop skills in event coordination and media engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who You Are:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Good writing proficiency in Mandarin.

  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to work during weekends or outside regular hours when required.

  • Must have own transportation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Familiarity with Canva is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in event management is a plus.
