The intern will assist the Brand Solutions team by conducting market research, generating leads, managing data, executing email campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to improve sales processes.
CAA’s Singapore office is seeking a intern to be part of the Brand Solutions team to join their growing CAA Sports - APAC team. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized and keen to learn to work in a fast pace environment where they will primarily work with both brand solutions and sales team to generate new business opportunities to support sales goals. The role will also offer the opportunity for exposure in other ad hoc projects which will provide experience in different aspects of the sports and entertainment industry. The individual should possess a positive attitude, be a team player, have a high level of responsibility and commitment towards to learning new skills. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development as it will develop skills in lead generation, research, and data management. A natural interest in traditional sports and/or esports would be advantageous.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Research and Identify Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential leads in target markets and industries, using tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and other databases.
- Generate Leads: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads by analyzing industry trends, customer profiles, and competitor activities.
- Data Management: Input and update prospect data in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Email Campaigns and Outreach: Assist in crafting and executing email campaigns and outreach sequences, monitoring responses and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with account executives and sales reps to hand over qualified leads, provide insights on potential prospects, and support in pre-sales activities.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and reporting on prospecting metrics, conversion rates, and overall performance, helping to refine and improve the sales process.
- Supports other team functions on ad hoc basis, as required
- An undergraduate/recent graduate of any discipline (marketing/sports background a plus)
- Excellent research skill and attention to detail
- A team player, with a “can-do” attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about traditional sports, esports, entertainment and culture
- Well versed with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) on both Microsoft and Apple interfaces
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or any other Asian language a plus
- Minimum commitment of 6 months will be ideal
