Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the PR team with preparing reports, compiling and analysing data or information as required.
- Monitor media coverage, compile media clippings and update media lists.
- Assist with preparing content for LinkedIn and its quarterly report.
- Provide administrative support such as coordination of meetings, tracking of budget expenses.
- Support the team with events, programmes and special projects when required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism and Media Studies, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Marketing, Business, or any related to Communications disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and supporting tools such as Canva.
- Individual who is meticulous and has a keen eye for details.
- Well-organized, well-groomed and possesses a pleasant disposition.
- Interested in meeting and engaging with new people.
