Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor chatbot conversations and recommend improvements.
- Update website content based on best practices.
- Perform user acceptance testing for website.
- Conduct UI/UX research to improve website visitors’ experience.
- Support SEO content review.
- Update web knowledge management hub.
- Support the team on ad-hoc projects where required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business IT, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, UI/UX or any related business IT or web disciplines.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Analytical and detailed-oriented individual.
- Exhibits strong initiative, adept at multitasking, and consistently delivers high-quality work within deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Preferably possesses some knowledge of:
- Programming language such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Design and web tools, e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Experience Manager
