Develop and maintain full-stack AI applications, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, LLM integrations, agents, and data sources. Translate business requirements into code, support deployment and configuration, gather requirements, prototype solutions, and maintain existing applications. The role requires Python, Git, containerization, frontend development, API development, LLM frameworks, RAG, databases, and awareness of cloud and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, redesign, and/or improve the user interfaces (UI/UX) of our AI products based on user feedback
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating LLMs, agents, and data sources
- Translate business requirements into clean, working code, and maintain existing AI/LLM applications
- Support the build, release, deployment, and configuration of applications
- Work with team members and business partners to gather requirements, prototype, and deliver quality technical solutions
- Participate actively in any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Good grasp of Python and git, as well as containers (Docker or Kubernetes)
- Front-end skills for UI/UX work, for example React or TypeScript, with an eye for clean, usable design
- Back-end and API development experience, for example Python and FastAPI
- Exposure to LLM/AI development, including agent frameworks or SDKs (such as Claude Agent SDK or LangChain), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, and vector or SQL databases
- Awareness of DevOps and cloud practices, with AWS a plus, and able to adjust to changing requirements and new technologies
- Good team player with good communication skills, able to work with people at all levels within an organisation
