- Support fab AMC (Airborne Molecular Contamination) analysis, including sampling and measurement
- Operate AMC analysis instruments under supervision (e.g., IC, GC, inline AMC-related tools as applicable)
- Perform data processing and result summary for CC monitoring
- Cooperate with engineers to complete assigned analysis tasks and projects
- Follow EHS, lab safety, and cleanroom field at all times
