Job Description

The  Integration Specialist plays a critical role in driving successful onboarding and technical integration of ATPCO’s products within customer environments. This position ensures that implementations follow best practices, align with customer goals, and accelerate product adoption.

Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the Sr. Integration Specialist guides customers from pre-sales discovery through production readiness. The role bridges Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to deliver seamless integrations and an exceptional customer experience. By combining deep product knowledge with strong technical and business acumen, this individual ensures customers maximize the value of ATPCO solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and technical integrations for assigned product portfolios.

  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to support pre-sales discovery, technical evaluations, trials, and successful implementation.

  • Guide customers through integration and implementation, ensuring smooth transition from evaluation to production.

  • Resolve technical integration challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and system optimization.

  • Provide ongoing post-sales technical support to drive product adoption and long-term customer success.

  • Maintain and update technical integration documentation in collaboration with Product teams.

  • Manage integration-related administrative responsibilities, including billing coordination and quality assurance.

  • Communicate the value and benefits of ATPCO’s airline merchandising solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate : 

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.

  • Experience in the airline industry, flight shopping, merchandising, or ATPCO data preferred.

  • Comfortable collaborating with sales teams and engaging directly with customer stakeholders.

  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical explanations.

  • Demonstrated experience leading technical integrations or onboarding initiatives.

  • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on best practices, system optimization, and customer experience.
