THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
The Professional Services Team’s mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our build team consist of more than hundred experts with hands-on with a strong mindset of problem and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges.
ROLE:
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Integration Lead to work on a full suite implementation project. As an Integration Lead, you will be part of the ‘Integration Squad’ and will be the first point of contact for the customer and system integrator on integration and data management requirements.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think holistically to provide long-term solutions for the customer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end implementation of the integration workstream
- Actively work with the customer and the System Integrator during the technical design phase, providing leading practices and demonstrating the product.
- Lead or Contribute to the design.
- Ensure technical standards and architectural best practices are maintained and optimize system integration performance.
- Lead or Contribute to the configuration of the solution for all data intelligence requirements (interfaces, analytics, data management)
- Guide Customer and System integrators on complex requirements
- Manage data loads and perform data integrity checks.
- Leverage SQL to solve technical issues or perform advanced configuration.
- Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
- Contribute to the overall testing effort.
- Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, ensuring successful go lives.
- Contribute to Project Management Office (PMO) activities.

Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and champion standard application features to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Strong technical skills in: SQL Server, ETL, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, CXML, and EDI
Soft Skills :
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong client relationship management skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
