The Pinterest Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists, able to flex with equal strength among marketing strategy, copywriting, project management, cross-functional team leadership, event planning and creative oversight. Most importantly, we are business marketers, able to capture hearts and minds with engaging, inspirational work that drives business impact. Expect to roll up your sleeves, grow quickly, pivot often and learn a lot.
As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will define and deliver our B2B marketing strategy for the Greater China Region. This role requires strong B2B marketing background, project management expertise and a proven ability to influence and manage partners towards a common goal. You will partner closely with Business Marketing leadership, cross-functional partners and our external global sales partners to lead marketing strategy that supports revenue goals.
What you’ll do:
- Define and deliver the local marketing strategy to support the business in the Greater China Region, leveraging best practices, learnings, industry trends and insights on both Pinterest and competitors
- Develop & own key initiatives that are aligned to global business marketing strategies to shift advertiser perceptions and behaviours. This includes strategies across industry marketing, owned events, trade media and industry body partnerships, executive engagement, scaled education and success story creation
- Develop scalable processes to enable our global sales partners in the region, offering consultation and guidance to ensure their success
- Work closely with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally and meet local sales and marketing needs
- Measure the impact of local marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years experience in integrated marketing including previous experience working with resellers/agencies
- Strong comfort level with B2B marketing
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
- Fluency in business-level Mandarin and English is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills to influence internal and external partners
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest (prior experience a plus)
- Basic analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
