About the job

As a Sales Representative, your sales expertise combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will be used to help new and existing businesses grow. An opportunity to work with one of the world’s best clients in the website and domain hosting business. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will advise existing customers by providing strategic guidance on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms and services. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients.

Salary: Base pay of CAD 20/hour with additional bonus earning potential between 5% to 15% based on KPI achievement of set targets, paid monthly. 

Responsibilities

  • Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies with a focus on deep level insights, customer success, upsell strategy, and strong relationship management

  • Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to get the most out of a wide range of domain registration, web hosting products on the use of a delicate range of products and services working for one of the world’s best clients in this industry.

  • Reach assigned sales target.

  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer experience while prioritizing and delivering assigned sales quota

  • Provide strategic recommendations to customers in order to achieve their business goals, including the upselling of additional products and platform features.

  • Master knowledge on one or several core products.

  • Handle a moderate volume of potential clients on a daily basis through calls, aligning support with opportunities

  • Manage daily activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or GED/ High school education required.

  • 1 year+ experience in customer service or prior work experience dealing with the public as a sales agent (preferred)

  • 1 year+ of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues (preferred) and related tech support experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling

  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets

  • Proven track record of target overachievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.

Schedule

  • On-site for the first 3 months of employment, and hybrid afterwards. 

  • Training Hours of Operations: 8 weeks of training from 9AM - 6PM. 

  • Hours of operations: The program operates 7 days a week, 9 hours a day with a shift window between 9:00 am to 11:00 pm ET. The shift schedule may be subjected to monthly updates. 

Location

  • Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.
