Job Description
UOB’s Innovation Talent Associate Programme (iTAP) is designed to develop to tap onto next generation of innovation specialists and provide hands-on exposure to emerging technologies within the banking sector. The programme offers outstanding individuals a unique opportunity to begin and grow a career in financial services, working at the forefront of innovation.
Candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process, comprising of assessments and interviews, with final selection based on job suitability and business fit. We seek highly motivated individuals with strong potential, adaptability, and a passion for solving real‑world problems.
Build your foundation and deepen your specialization through a 24-month training programme, combining formal learning and practical experience. This includes opportunities to study at one of the world’s leading universities, work and solve challenging real-world use cases and receive mentorship from seasoned industry practitioners. The programme is designed to provide rich exposure, hands-on experience and meaningful participation across innovative initiatives across the organization.
This programme consists of:
•On-The-Job training with real world projects and in-depth exposure to business acumens
•Mentorship with experienced and seasoned business and tech leaders
Recruitment Process: Application > Assessment > Interviews > Selection
Applicants who have successfully passed the assessments will be invited to come down for an interview. Interviews will then be conducted with HR and final selection is up to hiring manager’s discretion. The programme will start in Aug 2026.
Who we look for:
Education background in degrees of Analytical or Mathermatical in nature preferred (eg. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, and etc)
Less than 2 years of full time work experience
Participants should be an all-rounder excelling in both academic as well as non-academic pursuits, and possess analytical skills, have critical thinking and learning adaptability.
The main office will be located at Punggol Digital District.
