Innovation Leader

Location and Work Setup: Singapore – Full on-site at the beginning, then hybrid

About the Role:

We are looking for an Innovation Leader to take charge of several smart mobility projects and transform them into scalable solutions. You will lead the project from conception to realization, working in a fast-paced environment to identify opportunities and bring new ideas to the table. This position will also see you interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders, including internal teams, external customers, and partners across universities, government agencies, startups, and tech companies in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage one or more smart mobility projects from ideation to execution.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and ROI and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully and scaled up at the regional level.
• Identify new opportunities and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
• Build and nurture relationships with the APAC ecosystem – including universities, public agencies, startups, and customers.

• Tech Product Creation & Management: From ideation to commercialization, with experience in robotic, data, and digital product development.
• Product Design and expertise in Data & Software Architecture Concepts.
• Proficiency in DevOps/MLOps and strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.
• Experience in Data & AI products and leading tech teams.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management: Stakeholder management, budget oversight, planning, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and negotiate tradeoffs, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience interacting with tech ecosystems: Startups, governmental agencies, customers, universities, and maintainers.
• Business model creation and a strong understanding of business/tech opportunities.
• Innovation workshops and patent management experience.
• Ability to scale successful projects and deploy new products across regions.
