About the Role  

Are you an aspiring content creator, spending your days immersed in the world of social, spotting the next big trend, jumping on Capcut to express through content? Do you dream of collaborating with awesome creators, or creating content for your favourite brands?

Then this might just be your dream gig! 

Ogilvy will be running an internship program for in-House Creators, a move that showcases our commitment to the continued development of the creator Economy in the country, making this one of the most innovative and exciting opportunities in the industry's job market.

 We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Intern for Influencer engagement and content creation to jump into our fun and fast-paced Influence Team. You'll get to dive headfirst into the exciting world of Brand x Creator partnerships, helping us connect with incredible influencers telling compelling stories for all sorts of cool clients. It's a fantastic chance to get real-world experience, build up your network, and learn a ton from some truly talented folks.

 So, what will you actually do? Well, you'll be a key player in making magic happen in the influencer space! You'll team up with us to dig up amazing creators who fit our clients' vibes, help us reach out and build relationships, and support our campaigns from start to finish, creating content. Think of it as being a matchmaker between brands and influencers, helping to brainstorm creative content ideas and making sure everything runs smoothly. Plus, we'll count on you to be our resident trend-spotter, keeping us in the loop on all things social media, platform updates, and who's making waves in the creator economy. 

Aside from creating content & social trends, you’ll get to learn how brands think about their creator partnership and what they need. You’ll see how Ogilvy’s seasoned marketing experts & creative thinkers build creative ideas & campaigns for brands, and you’ll get first hand access to the best and latest tech, tools and talent in the market.

You should be a confident communicator, both in writing and when chatting with people, and super organized to keep track of all those exciting connections. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who's proactive, loves to collaborate, can juggle tasks like a pro to hit those deadlines, and most importantly, has a genuine excitement for building authentic relationships, both with clients, creators & the Ogilvy team. What You’ll Do 

  • Assist in researching, identifying, and vetting influencers across various niches and platforms.
  • Support with outreach, communications, and relationship management.
  • Help coordinate influencer deliverables, ensuring timelines and brand guidelines are met.
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports.
  • Assist in developing concepts and mock-up content for social-first proposals.
  • Create and edit photos, videos, and short-form content for social media.
  • Write engaging captions and copy, aligned with Ogilvy’s brand voice and campaign strategy.
  • Be a part of the team organizing Ogilvy’s Annual Creator Camp
  • Spearhead the establishment of Ogilvy’s Quarterly Creator Council, participate in sessions and carry out actions needed to make a real impact in the industry.
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates to inspire fresh ideas.
What You’ll Need  
  • To be a content creator (Or at least an aspiring one!). You’re follower volume is of interest, but not a mandatory and deciding factor. It’s more about passion, quality & cultural relevance!
  • Basic skills in photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Passion for social media, influencers, and creative storytelling.
  • Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • You're familiar with the ever-evolving world of social media, including the latest trends, jargon, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube as well as LinkedIn and o ther emerging platforms.
  • Knowledge or use of alternative Asia-based platforms like LINE, Redbook, Douyin is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Usage of creator commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, ever as a consumer is exciting! But not mandatory
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels and across different departments, facilitate multiple specialists, personalities and opinions.
  • You're a resourceful problem-solver, able to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.
