As a SMAI (Smart Manufacturing AI) Global OI (Operations Intelligence) – Scheduling and Simulation, Industry 4.0 Analyst, at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of Micron’s Smart Manufacturing Team comprised of world class talent to innovate End-To-End Digital Twin solutions through scheduling systems, simulation solutions and data analytics insights to guide and make Fab critical decisions.
You will be located in Singapore. You will be partnering with different departments and the global network of manufacturing sites to enable breakthrough solutions in the business. Responsibilities- Convert business objectives into clear technical specifications, enabling technical teams to design effective scheduling, simulation, and analytics solutions. Capable of supporting small to mid-scale development efforts.
- Facilitate user adoption of system solutions by translating complex technical designs into accessible language for end users. Act as a bridge between users and developers to continuously refine systems based on evolving needs.
- Lead and monitor project execution, ensuring timely delivery of key landmarks and successful implementation of the overall project roadmap.
- Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.
- Possess a drive to make a difference.
- Be highly motivated, proactive, with a good work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different culture backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach.
- At least 2 years of Business Analysis, Project Management, or Semiconductor Manufacturing work experience.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience or above. Major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, other technical subject areas preferred.
- Knowledge in optimization and reinforcement learning preferred.
- Experience in C#, Python, SQL, CPLEX, Gurobi preferred.
- Experience in orchestrating production schedules, virtual simulations, and software engineering is a plus.
- Willing to travel overseas
