The Implementation Specialist will oversee the payments processing lifecycle specifically working with various payment types such as ACH and RTGS. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, creating functional and design documents, performing user acceptance testing, and implementing ISO 20022 migrations.
- Implementation experience of Payments processing lifecycle, Payment types like – ACH, RTGS, Real-time, Cross border.
- Good knowledge of Core Banking Applications like Flexcube (12x & 14x) & Finacle (10x),
- Experience in OBPM and trade application OBTF.
- Experience of ISO 20022 migration - SWIFT transformation of MT to MX worldwide for all banking payment & non-payment messages.
- Good knowledge of MT, PACS, PAIN, and CAMT messages with implementation experience.
- Experience in Payments Engines/ Payments integration layers/ Payments Channels/Bulk Payments
Generic:
- Creation of Functional and Design Documents.
- Documenting Business Requirements/mapping process steps in detail.
- Ability to manage global and regional senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
- Perform User Acceptance testing of product features and enhancements.
- Produce User Documentation including user guides, system configuration documents, business process workflows, etc.
- Strong communicator and able to drive independent workshops.
- Relevant banking experience in a commercial bank along with IT experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of flow design tools.
- Experience in testing management tools.
