Business Problem Understanding: works with the finance business partners to understand and translate business problems into value case & comprehensive sets of requirements for the planning solution spanning process, technology, data, governance, compliance & user experience supported by defined value realization key performance indicators

We believe that current knowledge of industry and business process trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing business processes are essential to enable you to be successful. Furthermore, it is recommended that you have a knowledge of the enterprise architecture and development methodologies along with a broad understanding of the current capabilities and limitations of existing systems. In addition to these core skills, we would expect you to have the following technical/functional knowledge:

• Financial planning and analysis, EPBCS.
• EPM Solutions, Planning, Essbase, Financials, etc.
• Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptative Insights, IBM.
• HFM, Group Reporting, OneStream.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence / machine learning.
• Human Centered Design

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 6+ year preferred of relevant experience in defining and documenting requirements and supporting finance function.
• Good technical focus with prior work experience in financial planning and budgeting technology solutions, such as TM1, Hyperion, and/or Anaplan, is preferred.
• Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Agile methodology is preferred.
• Experience working to bring products/services to market strongly desired.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
