Human Resources Projects Executive – Employee Relations

We are looking for a driven & committed individual to join our dynamic Factory HR Team in Horana to be part of impactful HR projects for a period of 1 year!

Requirements:

  • Be a Graduate in Human Resources/ Management or completed an equivalent professional qualification, available to work fulltime.

  • With 6 months – 1 year prior experience in HR & Employee Relations. 

  • Have strong bias for action with the ability to complete tasks within given timelines. 

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with a strong learning mindset.
