Department Overview
We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy fresh graduate to join our dynamic Human Resources Team, based right here in Dubai.
This is an exciting chance to dive into the full spectrum of HR practices within our fast-paced Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia (MENACAT) region.

Job Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated, tech-savvy fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of the HR function.

You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals, contributing to the overall success of the HR department in the MENACAT region. The aim of this internship program is to provide a solid foundation for understanding HR processes and best practices within a dynamic organizational setting, with a focus on modern HR tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Process & Administrative Support: Assist with core HR functions and administrative tasks.

  • Regional Initiative Coordination: Support the coordination of HR initiatives across the MENACAT region.

  • Digital File Management & HR Tech: Maintain employee digital files and utilize AI workplace tools to enhance efficiency.

  • Policy Development & Compliance: Contribute to creating a regional policy library and support the auditing process for policies and regulations.

  • HR Project Assistance: Support various HR projects including employer branding, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.

  • Wellbeing Program Support: Help organize and promote employee wellbeing calendar and initiatives.

  • Learning & Development Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating learning activities and HR workshops.

  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Support the accuracy of key dashboard data and ensure correct reporting of information.

Basic Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

  • A true team player – adaptable, quick to learn, and enjoys a busy team atmosphere.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to organize complex information accurately.

  • Solid organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

What You'll Bring:
  • Fresh Graduate (e.g., graduated within the last 12 months).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
