Job Description
The Human Resources Global Operations (HRGO) team provides the full range of local HR operational services including, but not limited to payroll, employee benefits, health & safety, onboarding & off-boarding, immigration, data management & Information Systems linked with global HR systems.
As an HRGO Specialist within HR, you will have an opportunity to provide exceptional service to our employees across JPMorgan Hong Kong's full range of businesses and functions and to be a change leader by contributing to simplifying and automating complex processes. You are a strong self-starter, who thrives working within a demanding, fast paced global environment, whilst managing competing priorities.
Job responsibilities:

  • Provide location oversight processes and operations related to onboarding process, Right to Work management, benefits, etc.
  • Handle queries and escalation from employees in partnership with various stakeholders, operations teams across the region, and vendors where needed.
  • Reviewing and managing letters, documents and communications related to employment and benefits.
  • Work closely with the various functional teams in India and Philippines Corporate Centres and Hong Kong to ensure that services are provided as required by the location.
  • Manage SharePoint / intranet site to ensure that information contained therein is updated.
  • Review, validate and reconcile invoices for payment processing.
  • Plan and coordinate activities, events or projects with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Lead process improvement reviews to ensure efficient and effective services are provided in this quickly changing environment.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent client relationship skills; ability to identify, build and maintain relationships both within HR and externally to deliver success
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to multi-task and quickly respond to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented, strong process management mindset
  • Strong regulatory awareness, risk and control mindset
  • Self-starter; ability to resolve day-to-day issues effectively
  • Team player with ability to work in a small team cohesively
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Hong Kong payroll, benefits and immigration knowledge would be a plus
  • Fluency in Cantonese an advantage
