About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Human Resources Business Partner based in Singapore to support the APAC HRBP Team. The team provides strategic HR advisory to businesses across Asia-Pacific. This role reports to Human Resources Director and working with Senior/Lead HRBPs to deliver value-added client focus and service across Asia-Pacific.
In this role, you will:
  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Human Resource Business Partner functional area providing consultation, advice, and hands on support for the execution of human capital strategies and leadership initiatives in support of strategic business decisions
  • Review and analyze basic business assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
  • Support implementation and monitoring of strategies, programs, and solutions across a business or enterprise function, ensuring alignment with key organizational goals
  • Assess internal and external environment to monitor and drive human resources initiatives and programs
  • Identify and deliver human capital strategies, programs, solutions, and process improvements that align with Wells Fargo human resources strategies
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with managers to identify human resources related opportunities
  • Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating and developing partnerships with internal partners such as legal, risk, control, and communications, to positively influence outcomes
  • Support and contribute to HR related projects as required in collaboration with HR COEs to deliver assigned tasks
  • Support Advisory team record management with the aim of establishing an efficient filing system so that information can be quickly retrieved
  • Perform other administrative duties and provide support to Senior/Lead HRBPs as requested.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resources Business Partner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Human Resources Advisory or Human Resources Business Partner experience, preferably gained from financial industry.
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Good team player, proactive, mature, excellent analytical skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Experience responding to changing deadlines/priorities.
