Position: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Remote
*You will be asked to have the interview and induction day on-site.

Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of proven record of successful execution of HR processes, in businesses with at least 50 employees, ideally including overseas locations
• Professional in Human Resources and Human Resource Management
• Knowledge and practice of relevant provisions of the Labor Laws
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail
• You have strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Can effectively communicate across the organization

Key Deliverables:

A. Employee Documentation:
Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the secure, confidential, and organized raising and management of all employee files.
○ Document global staff concerns/inquiries
○ Report and Monitoring of probationary performance
○ Interaction with Finance and Payroll
○ Salary Adjustments
○ Issuance of warnings
○ Administrative hearings
○ Resolutions
○ Termination and dismissal execution
○ All contractual documents, warning letters, or termination documents, as well as any official correspondence organized, stored and made available when needed.
○ Performance Review and Staff Regularization
○ Proactive HR assistance to top performers
○ Statutory and compliance requirements
○ Regular advance notifications to managers when staff probation is due to expire
○ Maintain the AL & SL tracker based on reports
○ Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner

B. Visas
• The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for successfully applying for various business and work visas for TRT employees travelling or moving on TRT business.
• Development, maintenance and monitoring of TRT Visa Tracker, which summarizes current visas held and pending renewal and expiration deadlines

C. Other tasks as assigned by Management
