Position: Human Resource Intern (Strategic Transition)

Job Summary:
As an Human Resource (HR) Intern at Decathlon Singapore, you will be an integral part of our HR team, working alongside HR Business Partners to understand the various verticals in Decathlon Singapore (Retail. Tech, data, Supply chain, Finance etc) and associated HR operations, practices, and strategies. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, with a focus on preparing you to become a future HR Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and gain hands-on experience that will shape your career in the field of Human Resources or Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadowing HR Business Partners: Work closely with our HR Business Partners to observe and understand their day-to-day responsibilities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and other HR functions.
- Project Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners on strategic HR projects, research, and data analysis. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support our strategic objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Participate in our unique recruitment process, called as ‘Collective recruitment’
- Employee Engagement: Support HR Business Partners in employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Learning and Development: Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees, contributing to the development of learning materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Undergraduates studying in Singapore from all faculties are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for sports (no matter the level of practice from amateur to expert)
- Customer & people centricity
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow.
