The HR Business Partner will build relationships with leaders, provide HR guidance, manage performance reviews, and support HR operations.
- Build collaborative and trusting collaborative relationships with business leaders, anticipating business needs and implement appropriate initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice & guidance to the line managers on all HR products & services including but not limited to goal settings, organization structure, staff issues, talent acquisitions & retention, learning & development, talent management, performance management, staff grievances, etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Managers/ Head of Departments on all employee relation issues. Instructs or strongly influences managers/ partners on sensitive ER issues and the appropriate approach to resolve conflict.
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine the business need for new and amended roles. Identifies key responsibilities and impacts of proposed changes on existing roles and structure to shape the decision. Partners with colleagues to role map.
- Manage performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support residual HR Operations matters in Singapore after the centralization of operational processes to the Malaysia hub.
- Provide support for any HR-related matters or projects as directed by the HR Head, as and when required.
