Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) Organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus Facility. The facility is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address the supply of Vaccine and Specialty Care Biologics products. One of these two Modulus Facilities is constructed in Singapore at a new Greenfield site, with a design similar to the one in Neuville (France). The facilities will also have highly digitalized and automated capabilities which is a key enabler for operations using technologies such as autonomous guided vehicles, cobots and cloud systems.

About the job

Our Team:

The Health, Safety and Environment team is a truly worldwide team, built around collaboration with strong values and a team driven by a partnership mindset.

This is an ambitious team which is highly accountable for the workplace safety and compliance of HSE within Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:

  • The Intern will assist in the implementation HSE Corporate initiatives.

  • He/She will need to support the development of HSE improvement project.

  • At the same time, he/she will need to support the team in terms of HSE documentation and site programs.

  • He/She will also be exposed HSE related work matter which may need his/she involvement.

  • Perform site inspection and compilation of observations.

  • Use of digital tools to create promotional video and online quiz

  • Any other HSE related matters

About you

  • Education: Bachelors/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical or similar degree/diploma courses in related field

  • Soft skills: Strong Problem solving, transversal collaboration and communication skills.

  • Technical skills: competent in using Microsoft office, able to perform data analysis

  • Languages: Fluent in English
