Job Description

For this position, we are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our recruitment matters. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Post job advertisements on job portals 
  • Screen and shortlist candidate using internal and external sources, assessing technical capabilities 
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain follow up with candidates 
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to support the recruitment administration, ensuring effective and efficient placement of hires 
  • Oversees accurate updating of Applicant Tracking System, ensure accuracy of candidate profiles 
  • Prepare employment offer letters and assist with onboarding processes
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assignment to ensure successful hiring 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment process simultaneously 
  • Proficient in MS office (excel, outlook)
