The HR Project Specialist supports HR initiatives by coordinating projects, workshops, and training sessions, while analyzing HR metrics and improving processes.
The HR Project Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the HRBP Sales & Services Asia team by coordinating and contributing to strategic HR initiatives, programs, and workshops. This role offers exposure to core HRBP and CoE activities, providing a strong foundation for future progression into HR Business Partnering or specialist HR roles.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Drive coordination and execution of regional HR-led initiatives (projects, workshops, training) in collaboration with HRBPs, CoEs, and business stakeholders
- Own and manage specific workstreams within regional HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Identify and consolidate soft skill development needs across Sales & Services Asia, translating insights into actionable learning programs with HRBPs and CoEs
- Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops and training sessions, including preparation and operation of virtual engagement tools
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for HR initiatives (e.g., decks, facilitation guides, post-event summaries)
- Support process improvement efforts by partnering with HRBPs and CoEs to streamline workflows and enhance HR service delivery
- Consolidate and support the analysis of HR-related data and metrics
- Coordinate workshop content and registration within Workday, our HRIS
- Coordinate with external vendors and facilitators, where required, to ensure smooth planning delivery of HR programs
- Partner with the Manager, HRBP Asia to provide creative input and logistical support across a wide range of other strategic initiatives
Qualification & Skills:
Minimum
- Academic degree
- 2 years+ of experience in any HR role (any industry)
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills across all levels and functions, including presentation skills
- Strong organisation, execution and multi-tasking skills
- Positive, growth mindset and “can-do attitude”
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong interest in Sartorius’ business and our Core Values
- Experience with MS O365 applications
Ideal
- Academic degree in a business-related field or Human Resources
- Basic knowledge of Workday (HR Information System)
- Experience with any HR Information System
- Experience in analysing and using data to support decision-making
- Experience in project management or working in project teams
- Experience of internal workshop facilitation
