Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the review and execution of payroll related duties. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Lead, HR Service Excellence and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate processing of payroll matters.
Job Description:
- In house processing of payroll
- Ensure efficient and high quality execution of payroll processing
- Handle CPF processing and related issues
- Handle tax filing for IR8A, IR21 and related tax queries
- Collaborate with vendor for tax equalisation and hypo tax for secondment
- Process NS claims, government paid leave schemes
- Attend to payroll specific staff inquiries with a customer service mindset
- Provide payroll advice to internal stakeholders
- Update and maintain payroll records and reports
- Manage cross entity cost charging
- Manage people budgeting exercise
- Support audit related activities
- Vendor management
- Drive process improvement projects
- Support Payroll Integration
