Job Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
Payroll Processing: Assist with monthly payroll calculations, including verifying attendance and leave data to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Benefits Administration: Manage the company's commercial insurance plans, including employee enrollment, claims processing, and handling related inquiries.
Culture & Events: Plan and execute a variety of employee activities, such as annual parties, team-building events, and holiday welfare programs, to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Compliance Support: Assist with the application and renewal of MOM work passes, ensuring all HR processes comply with local Singaporean regulations.
Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for HR-related matters, handling internal/external communication, addressing daily employee inquiries, and explaining relevant policies and procedures.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist management with various assignments as needed.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, with a preference for candidates familiar with the fast-paced environment of internet or start-up companies.
Professional Skills: Well-versed in the Singapore Employment Act, with solid hands-on experience in onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, and event planning.
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Core Competencies: Excellent organizational, coordination, and execution skills; able to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
