About You

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our People team, supporting HR operations across Singapore, Australia and Malaysia while coordinating selected regional People operations across APAC.

You enjoy bringing structure, consistency and operational excellence to every aspect of the employee lifecycle. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, you take pride in ensuring HR processes, and operational activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days are the same. You are confident coordinating HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, payroll inputs and regional People programmes. Naturally organised and solutions-oriented, you work well independently while building trusted relationships across teams, markets and functions.

What You Do

As an HR Operations Executive, you play a key role in ensuring our People operations run smoothly through accurate administration, operational coordination and continuous process improvement.

  • You coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employment contract administration and employee lifecycle activities while maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and operational trackers.

  • You coordinate payroll inputs, HR reporting and statutory administration, ensuring information is prepared accurately and submitted within agreed timelines while supporting compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

  • You coordinate Singapore work pass administration and Sydney visa processes, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within required timelines.

  • You coordinate the operational delivery of the Archetype Academy by managing programme scheduling, enrolment, communications, attendance tracking and reporting across the region.

  • You support regional People operations by maintaining People calendars, coordinating operational reporting and ensuring employee data corrections are completed accurately and on time.

  • You identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation and operational workflows, contributing to greater efficiency, consistency and operational excellence across the People function.

What You Offer
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations, including relevant internship experience, within an agency, professional services or fast-paced commercial environment.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Confidence managing employee lifecycle administration, including employment contracts, employee records, onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.

  • Familiarity with payroll administration, statutory compliance and work pass or visa coordination would be advantageous.

  • Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office and collaborative workplace platforms to maintain accurate records, operational trackers and HR reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across employees, managers and regional stakeholders.

  • A proactive, dependable and solutions-oriented approach, with a genuine interest in improving HR processes, operational efficiency and employee experience.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Experience working within a communications, marketing or creative agency environment would be advantageous.
