About the Position

We're looking for an HR Generalist to support our employees in Singapore as part of our regional Asia HR team.

This role is for someone who loves helping people and solving problems, particularly through making HR processes work seamlessly. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries on the ground — fielding a wide range of employee and manager inquiries, advising on our policies and processes, assisting with benefit administration, and connecting people with the training and support they need to be successful in their roles. You'll also help maintain HR databases with employee files and records. These responsibilities require incredible attention to detail and the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.

You'll work with enough autonomy to triage and resolve issues day-to-day, while collaborating closely with the wider regional team on approach and priorities. Our ability to get the little things right and the personal attention we give each of our employees is what drives our HR success and our culture.

Beyond day-to-day support, you'll assist with HR projects and operational improvements. These projects will provide an opportunity to collaborate across global teams within and outside of HR, giving you exposure to a wide range of HR work across our offices. We don't expect you to know everything immediately, but the right person will be eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions. You should be willing to accept feedback from others and look at any mistake as an opportunity to learn and grow.

About You
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • Several years of HR generalist experience, with a track record of advising employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Able to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative regional team
  • Experience delivering operational projects independently and in larger cross-functional teams
  • Excited by a truly generalist role, focusing on operational excellence
  • Experience with pension and benefits administration helpful
  • Workday (or similar HRIS) experience encouraged
  • Willing to own administrative tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Discreet and capable of exercising sound judgment with sensitive and confidential company and personnel data
  • Able to think big-picture, whilst at the same time getting even the smallest details right
  • Humble attitude about what you know and don't know
  • Not afraid to ask questions and admit mistakes
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn
  • Reliable and flexible team player with a positive attitude
  • Enjoy helping people and solving problems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable challenging current processes and looking for ways to improve
  • Fluency in English required
