Menlo Research is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to scale the company’s growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in startups and has supported founders in scaling a global team. Optionally, you also have a proven record of building effective talent recruitment pipelines.
This part-time role is based in Singapore, and is open to remote or hybrid work for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Oversee HR functions to support the company’s growth trajectory - including people ops, onboarding, employee administrative support, compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Recruitment: Implement recruiting pipelines across the AI stack, by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
- Compensation and Benefits: Track performance and calibrate pay & benefits
- Special Events: Plan internal and community events like AI hackathons, educational workshops, and build Menlo's brand among top tier talent
- Office management
Requirements
- Proven HR experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people)
- [Plus] HR Experience in global locations, e.g. Singapore
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations across a global team
- Ability to adapt and execute quickly
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep interest in AI and productivity
