We are seeking HR Business Partner with experience in a high growth environment, who demonstrates the ability to partner with our People Operations team which includes Senior HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Services to support our manager and employee population. This position sits within the global HR team which is uniquely positioned to support a strong company culture and help solve organizational challenges.
We are looking for a creative, growth-minded, collaborative, and people-focused contributor who demonstrates proven success with relationship building, accountability, creativity, follow-through, and detail orientation to execute HR tasks.

This role will be a mix of HR business partnering aspects and day-to-day HR ops responsibilities.
• Employee Relations: Partner with employees and managers to provide advice and counsel, identifies trends, issues and problem areas as they relate to employees. Recommend solutions, new approaches, policies and procedures to encourage continuous improvements in efficiency of the department and company.
• Performance Management: Assist Senior HRBPs in initiating and conducting the performance discussions with managers. Partner with Senior HRBPs to help identify solutions for performance management, improving employee engagement, succession planning efforts, and retention of critical talent with alignment to our company cultural values.
• HR Analytics: Administer, collect, and analyse data from reports, surveys, and provide meaningful summaries of findings.
• Employment Law: Develop, support and communicate policies and procedures. Partner closely with Legal and Compliance on any changes or updates. Ensure compliance with all legal employment requirements, documents and contracts. Maintain compliance with the Ministry of Manpower by responding to queries and ad-hoc surveys.
• Immigration: Support immigration needs of sponsored foreign nationals and ensure compliance with visa sponsorship compliance and regulations.
• On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of employees: Provide a positive first impression for new hires by conducting first day orientation, guiding the employees with Workday enrollment instructions, benefit details and guidance on company policies.
• Serving as main point of contact for employees and managers for HR queries regarding benefits, HRIS tasks, leave requests & travel/immigration. Assist Senior HRBPs with employee relations matters and off-boarding transitions, being the local point of contact.
• Support local managers with day-to-day employee related questions / challenges and if needed partner with Senior HRBPs to strengthen and support their leadership skills in performance coaching, addressing difficult conversations, and general employee relations challenges.

Skills & Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years related HR experience or any similar combination of education and experience
• Previous work experience in financial services, technology, and/or fintech industry
• Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes and support
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience of cross region/global project management
• Experience or interest in other areas of HR such as immigration, benefits, payroll, mobility, and compensation to be cross trained with other colleagues
• Strong business curiosity, critical thinking skills, and dynamic problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to be present in-office daily to act as a connector and partner to the business.
• Experience with managing and thriving in ambiguity by dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place.
