Department Overview
Business Human Resources Organization for Asia is a part of the Global HR organization that manages projects related to career development, analyzing and addressing training needs, talent deployment, rewards & recognition, employee relations, employees’ engagement, retention, as well as other HR-related requests in line with global policies and procedures.
Job Description
  • Provides operations and strategic HR support to business leaders covering multiple organizations (Headcount more than 700)
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, including diagnosing organizational effectiveness gaps; designs and deploys interventions that enhance organizational engagement and effectiveness; workforce planning & restructuring; drives talent and succession management processes; Rewards, recognition, and retention consulting; Leads or participates in special projects
  • Strong ability to manage compensation and benefit program for the supporting organizations
  • Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues
  • May play a significant role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization
  • Resolves employee engagement and relations issues through a systematic approach
  • Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, merit/focal program, talent retention program, workforce planning, engagement and organizational change etc.)
  • Adeptness and able to partner well with professionals in the business, other HR Business Partners, PeopleConnect (our HR help desk for employees) and the Centres of Expertise (CoEs)
  • This role will demand strong communication skills, humility and openness to learn about and support the business, and desire to influence talent investment decisions of our business leaders
  • Creativity and an openness to think differently are required
  • A subject matter expert in management of reward programs

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with more than 6 years of HR experience in relevant functional areas
  • Prior experience supporting large client groups (700+ employees preferred in a MNC)
  • Strategic planner/thinker and organizational development skills (including ability to be creative and 'think outside the box')
  • Change management & project management skills 
  • Strong communication skills,  ability to influence and team player
  • Problem solving, conflict management  & critical thinking
  • Business & financial acumen 
  • Strong Knowledge of Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession & Workforce Planning & Restructuring 
  • Knowledge of labour compliance & employment law
  • Knowledge of core HR processes & systems including HRIS
  • Strong people analytics skills and string knowledge in excel and tableau
  • Strongly self-motivated, positive intuition and flexible taking on task
  • Accountability and ability to work independently
