Job Description

  1. Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support
  2. Collaborate with management to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the recruitment and selection of top-quality candidates
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
  4. Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans to enhance employee performance and engagement
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  6. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations to improve HR programs and initiatives
  7. Support organizational change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and advising management on necessary actions
  9. Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive HR initiatives, share best practices, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function

Qualifications

  1. Proficient in good communication skill in both oral and written in English
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization
  3. Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  4. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  6. Ability to influence and drive change, balancing the needs of the organization and employees
  7. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  8. 2 or 3 years of experience
  9. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  10. Male / female, 27 - 30 yo
  11. Coming from related industries (notable F&B, Retail or online marketplace company)
