The Pfizer Health Representative Manager will be the people manager to ensure Health Representatives equip with right capability and attitude to drive revenue for their responsible territory. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer's entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers.
The Health Representative Manager identifies and prioritises Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers' business and strategic imperatives. The Health Representative Manager is responsible for people development and ensure excellence executing an effective commercial plan for their responsible territory.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching and Development of Health Representatives:
- Coach Health Representatives in all area activities (group meetings, territory management principles, HCP digital engagement, etc.) as well as time management
- Identify development needs and challenge Health Representatives to acquire new skills and experiences within the selling context
- Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where product could support HCP in meeting patient need
- Engagement is also focused on broader range of content (e.g disease state)
- Acts as key POC for seamless (compliant) reactive only connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
- Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model and to new platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
- Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
- Lead for win in hospital Enlisting, tenders and pool purchasing, execute effective engagement with PTC, key decision makers in hospital levels, etc.
- Routine monitoring and reviewing of key performance parameters: Financial and non-financial KPIs such as activities vs target, call coverage plan, incentive status.
- Leverage cross team activities and coordinate with the training, marketing, medical, health solution partner, and business operation team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Science or a healthcare background (e . g. pharmacist, nurse) with solid knowledge of the industry.
- At least 5 years of selling experience in people management in pharmaceutical field would be preferred.
- Commercial and business acumen, managing financial budgets, building efficient team to drive sales for achieving performance measures.
- People development and coaching skills to grow their direct report and build talent of organization
