The Health Representative - District Manager (Oncology) will oversee sales operations across multiple provinces, ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies., ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the growth of market share. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with other departments to drive business success.
Work with Regional Manager to contribute to the development of business plan for the related territory based on the Business unit (BU)/portfolio strategy.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the flied force team to execute successfully the business plan.
• Develop internal and external necessary relationships with related stakeholders to deliver patient and business outcomes.
• Coach and develop talent among the field force team.
Territory management:
• Within the Company's permitted activities.
• Optimize the productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results.
• Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Plan and organize activities and projects, in a manner which will help achieve or exceed established performance goals.
• Supervise the Health Representatives to ensure adherence to working plan.
• Ensure the customer database validation.
• Manage and lead the territory/ district performance relating to product information activities and maintain the educational and product information activities in compliance with Pfizer's policies and Vietnamese's regulations.
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with KOLs.
• Timely update and feedback to Regional Manager any problems relating to assigned work.
• Update market information to the management.
People management
• Co-operate with other departments to recruit, motivate, train the team.
• Coach team about territory management, communication skill, product knowledge/ develop, manage subordinates and assess their performance.
Compliance
• Train and supervise the implementation of Pfizer's Code of conduct
• Ensure the activities and communications align with Pfizer's Code of conduct.
Other assignments as allocated by the manager/BU from time to time and in line with the Pfizer Vietnam's scope of business.

- Travel and Coordination: Frequently travel within the district to meet with sales teams, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
- Local Adaptation: Tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs and regulations of each province.
Accelerating Product Access:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and local health authorities to facilitate the adoption of oncology products.
- Educational Initiatives: Co-ordinate with Cross functional team (CFT) in educational programs and workshops to inform healthcare professionals about the benefits and usage of oncology products.
- Access Programs: support CFT in patient access programs to ensure that oncology treatments are available to those in need, regardless of geographic location.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaboration: Partner with local healthcare organizations, patient advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to improve oncology products 's perception.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market presence and increase product accessibility in underserved areas.
Performance Monitoring:
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze feedback from healthcare providers to continuously improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Education:
- Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University
- Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
- 3-5 years working experience as a District Sales Manager (prefer to have at least 2 years in oncology field at manager level)
- Pharmaceutical or related field management experience
- Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership
- Good communication skills
- Not being subject to any of the following circumstances:
- facing a criminal prosecution, serving a court's sentence or ruling; being suspended from practice or doing works related to pharmacy under the court's sentence or ruling; or
- having limited legal capacity.
- Good command of English.
