We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as the Head of Vertical for our Customer Program Management (CPM) team in Southeast Asia. This role involves leading a team of professionals to address client needs with innovative solutions and strategic insights. You will manage a network of Client Program Managers for key accounts, focusing on operational performance, business retention, supply chain optimization, value creation, people development, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure a high-performing CPM team to meet account goals for operational execution, service delivery, and financial objectives.

  • Provide strategic direction and ensure the CPM team has the tools, training, and infrastructure needed.

  • Oversee operational performance and guide performance improvements.

  • Collaborate with global account teams to ensure desired performance and service levels.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with customers to ensure internal performance aligns with customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and track improvement projects across accounts.

  • Drive a culture of Operational Excellence within the CPM community.

  • Provide daily leadership for escalations, coaching, and customer meetings.

  • Enhance team performance by sharing best practices and conducting review meetings.

  • Ensure the CPM team follows global and regional guidelines.

  • Build and maintain the CPM succession pipeline.

  • Ensure external KPIs are in place and actions are taken to improve performance.

  • Develop and review account plans and initiatives in collaboration with sales.

We’re looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in global key account management, supply chain optimization, or transformation project management.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing teams and driving vision and strategy.

  • Strong results-driven personality with the ability to influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

  • Proven ability to create value through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
