Prudential’s purpose is to be partners for every life and protectors for every future. Our purpose encourages everything we do by creating a culture in which diversity is celebrated and inclusion assured, for our people, customers, and partners. We provide a platform for our people to do their best work and make an impact to the business, and we support our people’s career ambitions. We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.

Prudential Singapore is advancing a bold transformation agenda under our Prudential initiatives — reshaping how we execute with discipline, rigor, and strategic foresight to enable sustainable value creation. This demands strong delivery governance, system stewardship, and execution maturity at scale.
The Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) anchors this transformation — ensuring the company’s most critical initiatives are delivered with speed, integrity, and results. This requires a step-change in how we lead execution across a complex, multi-year portfolio, embedding the capability and rhythm to deliver on ambition

Role Purpose and Summary

As Head of Transformation Execution, you will lead PACS’ enterprise delivery engine — ensuring that our strategic transformation portfolio is executed with rigor, transparency, and risk-based foresight. You will shape the delivery rhythm, manage execution risk, and build capability across our operating model.
You will act as a key counterpart to the CSTO, anchoring cadence forums such as TWG, driving health checks and diagnostics, and partnering across business, operations, and technology to resolve execution friction. You will also lead special projects and performance recovery efforts where complexity or urgency is high.
This role is for a strategic operator — someone who can bridge execution muscle with leadership maturity, able to translate complexity into clarity and deliver results at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Operating Rhythm
  • Lead the Transformation Working Group (TWG), ensuring timely visibility of delivery health, interdependencies, and escalation points

  • Shape the cadence of enterprise delivery — linking ambition, initiative health, and decision-making forums

Program Governance & Risk Management

  • Steward the enterprise transformation portfolio (High 8 digit value), driving project health checks, portfolio diagnostics, and recovery plans

  • Own delivery governance — ensure standards are applied, risks are surfaced early, and decisions are acted upon

  • Interface directly with Group Technology, Group Transformation, Group Risk, and Audit

Benefits Realization & Performance Reporting

  • Ensure delivery outcomes are tracked and benefits realized — via systems like Kiplot, PowerBI, or equivalent

  • Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to align initiative impact with strategic and commercial outcomes

Execution Uplift & Capability Building

  • Strengthen execution discipline through tools, templates, coaching, and feedback loops

  • Partner with project managers, change leads, and business stakeholders to raise the bar of delivery rigor

Special Projects, Health Checks & Execution (COE)

  • Lead initiative and program health checks to assess readiness, risk, and performance gaps

  • Stand up and deploy impact teams into high-priority or at-risk initiatives

  • Drive special projects or turnaround missions requiring rapid mobilization and leadership

  • Represent PACS’ internal execution capability— offering structured support into enterprise-critical issues

Competencies and Behaviours Expected

  • Execution Discipline & Leadership Maturity: You bring structure, insight, and calm under pressure. You operate with ownership, integrity, and high judgment.

  • Systems Thinking & Interdependency Navigation: You see the whole — connecting across teams, functions, and forums to keep the system aligned and focused.

  • Strategic & Delivery Fluency: You speak both strategy and execution. You elevate enterprise conversations by grounding them in risk, capacity, and cadence.

  • Performance Uplift & Coaching: You model and embed high standards. You’re comfortable giving feedback, growing talent, and building enduring systems.

Role Requirements / What You Bring to the Team

You are a senior transformation leader with deep experience navigating complex portfolios and operating models. You understand how to lead through systems — balancing stakeholder alignment, governance design, and execution performance. You bring presence, resilience, and sharp delivery instincts.
You are confident in executive forums and board-level settings. You build trust through results and bring others along through clarity and capability.

Working Experience

- 15+ years in transformation, program leadership, or execution-related roles
- Experience leading enterprise portfolios (US$30M+), with stakeholder exposure across business, operations, and technology
- Track record in execution rhythm design, program governance, and benefit realization

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Professional Qualifications

- Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe)
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling: Kiplot, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent is a plus

Additional Skills

- Strong organizational presence; able to front forums and shape delivery narratives
- Confident managing ambiguity, tension, and complexity across multiple stakeholders
- Calm under pressure, and credible in Group or board-facing settings
